Procedure and Terms:

Buyer sends fresh LOI with BCL in the name of REGENT PLUS , not older than 15 days with the authority to contact buyer’s bank to confirm the financial status of the buyer. Buyer should mention that this is the only LOI issued for this deal and any previous LOI should be treated as cancelled and void.

Seller issues draft contract. The buyer must provide all information required in the contract and sign the contract and send it back. The Seller will sign the contract and will send back to the buyer via email with hard copy documents via courier service. If the BCL is not supplied with the LOI, it should be sent with the signed draft contract.

Seller will provide POP and 2% Performance Bond of the contract/ LC value (as stipulated in clause 5 & 6) to the buyer within 7 (seven) working days from receipt of the Non Operative L/C from buyer, and the said 2% Performance Bond in favour of buyer makes the non operative L/C active automatically.

The First shipment will commence after 30-45 days from date issued of the operative Letter of Credit. Any delayed consignments will be shipped in each 30 (thirty) day.

PAYMENT TERMS: Transferable, assignable, confirmed and revolving LC or BG .

COMMISSION: Normal commission add-on is US$1.00 but in special cases maximum commission add-on could be considered up to US$2.00.
